Barbara J. Horine, 75, passed away Saturday, April 23, 2016 in Lexington, Kentucky. She a born on January 3, 1941 in Madison County, Kentucky to the late Jesse and Virginia Browning Locker. She was retired from Bluegrass RECC and was a graduate of Madison County Model High School. Barbara is survived by one daughter Stephanie McCracken, five grandchildren Nathan Roop, Nikki Roop, BJ Sparks, Zachary Sparks and Jessica McCracken, two Brothers Hugh Locker and Jesse Locker and one sister Lois Corum. She was also preceded by one son Ben Roop. Memorial services will be conducted at 1PM Saturday, April 30, 2016 at Betts & West Funeral Home.
