Barbara Ann Smith, 58, passed away Saturday, August 28, 2021, at her home in Nicholasville, Kentucky. She was born in Lexington, Kentucky on October 26, 1962, to 6the late Benny Hendren and Bertha Mae Pemberton. She is survived by a son, Sean Michael Smith (Jessica Newland) daughter, Kristy Michelle Smith (Marcus), brothers, Fred Kelly, Gary Hendren , Larry Ratliff (Barbara), Frankie, Terry, Jerry and Keith, sister, Ruby Hickerson (Jeff) and five grandchildren, Shelbi Smith, Ashley Smith, Kaylee Salva, Kenzie Salva and Gavin Salva and a son in law Marcus Salva Private Services will be held.
