Alpha Leah Miniard Hall

Alpha Leah Miniard Hall, 95, widow of Howard K. Hall, died Saturday, July 9, 2011. She was born January 22, 1916 in Hazard , KY to the late Isreal Miniard and Cora Ellen Turner Begley. Survivors are four children, Shirley (Jerry) Castle of Chicago, Illinois, Howard E. (Darnell) Hall of Nicholasville, Sue (Prestly) Garrett of Richmond, Ken Hall of Elgin, Illinois, fourteen grandchildren, twenty three great grandchildren and numerous great great grandchildren. He was also preceded in death by a daughter, Melba Stevens. Services will be 10:00 am Wednesday at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial will be in Camp Nelson National Cemetery.
