Alan Jesse Grant

Alan Jesse Grant, 67, husband of Wilda Hurt Grant, passed away Saturday, April 9, 2022, at his residence in Nicholasville, Kentucky. On April 17, 1954, he was born in San Diego, California, to the late John Grant and Patricia Messerschmidt. Alan was a retired Biologist with the State of Kentucky. Besides his wife, he is survived by one son, Jared Alan (Kate) Grant, one daughter, Lauren (Edward) Herrman, one stepdaughter Lena Austin and four grandchildren, Hadley Grant, William, Audrey, and Hudson Herrman. He was also preceded in death by a brother Terry Grant. A Celebration of Life will be held from 4:00 - 6:00 PM, Sunday, May 1, at City Limits in Nicholasville.
