Obituary for Betty Beatrice McClure Walker

Betty Beatrice McClure Walker, 86, widow of Louis Walker, passed Saturday, September 9, 2017. She was born January 17, 1931 in Rockcastle County, KY to the late john Henry and Sudie McClure. Betty loved to garden and make fruit cakes for her family and friends. Family survivors are four children, Rita (Don) Sebastin, Linda Walker, Lewis Clay Walker, and April (Damon) Bingham, twelve grandchildren, Donnie Johnson, Raleigh (Heather) Johnson, Billy Johnson, Vivian (Thomas) Dray, Danielle (Luis Mendoza), Kourtni Walker, Richard Walker, Louis Lee (Erick) Walker, Tara Walker, Rico Walker, Shawn Michael Bingham, and Dalton Lee Bingham, eight great grandchildren, Alex Lee, Alexia Johnson, Chancie Johnson, Riley Johnson, Brice Johnson, Michael Smallwood, Steven Smallwood, and Austin Dray, a sister Rosie Lee Sherrow, a brother, George McClure, and other family members. Service will be 1:30 Friday at Betts & West Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Camp Nelson National Cemetery. Visitation will be Thursday from 5:00 until 8:00 PM at the funeral home. Bearers will be Clay Walker, Lorenzo Moreno, Diego Moreno, Luis Mendoza, Donnie Johnson, Damon Bingham, and William Sherrow. Honorary Bearers will be Raliegh Johnson, James Smallwood, Steven Smallwood, Austin Dray, Rico Walker, James Madden, and Billy Johnson. Online guestbook at
